Circular Economy is a system in which high-quality services are provided and where products last longer, are cleverly reused and recycled. This requires new designs and new business models, new chains and new collaborations. CIRCO’s Business Design Track helps you discover new opportunities and set up your own circular business case, and brings chain partners together.

In CIRCO Tracks you get to work with the CIRCO design methodology. Under the guidance of our trainers and together with like-minded companies active in the construction, consumer goods, plastics and manufacturing sectors. There is a lot of room to share insight and to form or strengthen (chain) collaborations. In three workshops, you will learn to convert loss of value into opportunities for new circular business!

The CIRCO Track is for professionals like business developers, designers, marketeers, operations, innovation and commercial managers  from various organizations. The programme consists of four online group sessions. In between these, you will work on your individual case:

Day 1 Initiate Workshop
15.03.2023 8:45am – 12:30pm

During this first day you will dive into the ideas of the circular economy. We analyze the current linear value chain.

Day 2 Ideate Workshop
29.03.2023 8:45am – 12:30pm

In the second session we will focus on circular business models and design strategies.

Day 3 Implementation Workshop
19.04.2023 8:45am – 10:30pm & 1:00pm – 5:00pm 

We look at the technical and commercial feasibility of the results of the previous workshops, their consequences for business operations and the circular impact.
