Impact Innovation Day: Are you coming?

On September 17, people from the business world, the startup scene, and civil society will come together at Impact Hub Leipzig—not just to talk about change, but to shape it. On stage: skeleton pilot Susanne Kreher, triathlete Andreas Niedrig, and Michael Fritz from Viva con Agua. The workshops will focus on concrete topics: shaping policy with Mayor Luca Piwodda, crowdfunding with Max Rosch from Startnext, and democracy on the tram with Kristina Krömer. On the Member Stages, members of the network will share what courage, trust, and collaboration truly mean in their work.

Starting at 6 p.m., head to the Egenberger Market Hall to celebrate and network.

Planning Business Succession: A Three-Part Evening Series

Anyone who wants to hand over their business must first prepare it for that. This means clarifying one’s own role, delegating responsibilities, and separating the business from the person at the helm. This process takes years. But it is precisely this work that makes a business sustainable for the future.

Together with Wertsteiger, we invite you to three evening events that address areas where tax and legal advice don’t even touch upon. September 23: Attracting young people to entrepreneurship. October 28: Your own role and letting go, with Florian Börner. November 25: Structuring your business to make a handover possible. Book individually or as a series; each event starts at 3:00 p.m. at our office at Naumburger Straße 25.

We’ve outlined why this topic is on so many people’s minds right now: In 2024, there were 9,636 companies looking to acquire others, compared with only 4,016 companies interested in being acquired.
